About Us

Those of you who know our affiliated site at St Ives in Hartfield, will obviously know its owner and manager David Chapman. Also known as Chappo, he has been an integral part of St Ives for the past 21 years.

Its relaxed atmosphere and easy charm are two of the things that we are hoping to replicate here at Kitts Cottage. Our aim is to share and enjoy this beautiful piece of England with our visitors, helping them to enjoy and appreciate the fauna, flora and wildlife, as well as just having a great time.

Kitts Cottage camp site is managed by James Butcher, who has been a friend or colleague of David's for at least 30 years. He will be available to answer and queries or questions that you might have , but his real aim is to help every visitor enjoy all the delights that Kitts Cottage can offer.
